Secrets to Self-Worth, Self-Love, and Self-Respect

A woman who knows her worth will walk away from anything or anyone who doesn’t see her value, for she sees her own.

She will honour, cherish and take care of herself when no one is looking because she loves who she is and wants to ensure she is well taken care of.

She will proudly wear her battle scars with gratitude and reverence for life for she has risen from things that were meant to destroy her.

She will tell people where to go and how to get there if necessary.

She will respect her body with love, kindness, and honour, for her body is where her spirit lives.

She will honour her truth even when it makes others feel uncomfortable. 

She will continue to shine even in the darkest of times for she knows with lightness of heart she can outcast any darkness.

She will love and trust in others for she loves and trust in herself but knows not to give herself away to anyone who hasn’t proven themselves to be worthy of her time, love, or energy.

She will face her fears and move forward despite being scared or uncertain for she knows she never walks alone.

She clings to hope and faith for that is always part of her soul.

She forgives others and lets them go for she only has room in her heart for love.

She only does work she loves and refuses to tolerate nonsense.

She invests in herself and her family for love and family are her greatest treasures in life.

She has a vision for the future and rises with eager expectation that she will always get what she truly wants out of life.

She’s unstoppable and unapologetic in her pursuit for a life she knows was planted in her heart and she nourishes those dreams with tenderness, fortitude, compassion, and grace knowing they will always come true.

She is calm, cool, and collected.  She embodies an essence of peace, safety, security, and serenity.

She’s supportive and encouraging towards others.  What she wants for herself, she wants for everyone for she knows that everyone has a seed of greatness within and that we are all equal.

She’s abundance, bounty, and plenty.  She knows of no lack, scarcity, too much, too expensive, or not enough.

She’s generous and giving.  She gives freely without expecting anything in return.  She knows that what she gives out will always come back to her tenfold.

She’s energized, enthusiastic, and excited.  She manages her own energy levels wisely and puts her energy towards things that inspire, ignite, uplift, empower, and elevates her spirit.

She buys brand new for that is what she really wants and deserves.

She sees clearly and not through the veil of lies and delusion. 

She doesn’t allow others to put words into her mouth and chooses to use her own voice and will speak her own truth.  When she has nothing nice to say she keeps her lips sealed.

She only surrounds herself with other positive people who know their own inherent self-worth and value in this world.

She is fearless and steps up to any challenge certain of herself and ready to do whatever it takes.

She tells herself an empowering and uplifting story.  Always focused on what she intends to create and where she is headed. 

She is grateful to be alive and has such reverence and appreciation for all of life.

She makes other people feel good about themselves.

She is always connected to something bigger than herself and trusts in her own highest self and the guidance she receives.

She works hard for what she wants and what is right in this world and surrenders the outcome with trust and faith that whatever is meant to be will always be.

She asks for help when she needs it and calls on her angels on the other side for guidance and protection when she feels scared, uncertain, or unsure. 

She honours her lineage and the ancestors on the other side that paved the way for her.  She is proud of where she came from and holds them all near and dear in her heart.

She lives her life privately, works in silence, and honours the sacredness of keeping some things to herself.  Success is her birthright and she honours that truth.

She knows when people are lying, prying, or are downright nosey.  She knows who to trust and who to talk to.  Her circle is small and tight knit.

She let’s go of the past and everything that came before the present day.  She chooses to live fully in the presence of lasting love and inner harmony.

She is free to do as she wishes.  She uses her spiritual powers for good and keeps her mind and energy focused on her own life and her own business.

She lives as if it’s her last day on earth, showing up as her best self and giving her time and attention to the people and things that truly matter.

She doesn’t try to change people, but rather changes herself instead.  She allows others the freedom to be who they want while she continues her own journey of being the best that she can be.

She does not partake in gossip or talking badly about others.  She only is interested in positivity, good vibrations, being better than yesterday, and uplifting others.

She has let go of anger, grief, insecurity, sadness, desperation, jealousy, envy, cynicism, depression, judgement, and despair and chooses harmony, ease, simplicity, and radiant beauty instead. 

She sees and accepts herself and all of her past wounds with tenderness, love, and praise.

She makes time to check in with herself to honour the parts that need to be seen, heard, and acknowledged.

She notices triggers and instead of blindly reacting she gets curious and compassionate instead.  She leans into what is trying to be heard and healed and offers loving reassurance that she’s got her back and that she is safe and protected.

She knows that it is okay to say no.  Even if she is met with resistance, anger, or rejection.  She stands her ground and lives her authentic truth.

She makes time for fun, play, being bored, and doing nothing.  She is a human being instead of a human always doing something.

She makes time to reflect and turn inward.  She is so grateful and appreciative for this time and space to be alone time with herself, her thoughts and her imagination.

She prioritizes wholesome foods, fitness, sleep, rest, and recovery for she knows she is worth the time and recharging her soul is something she does not take lightly.

She fills her mind with beautiful things and does not allow negativity or fear to enter.

She loves.  She loves so deeply her heart hurts sometimes but even in the broken moments, love builds her heart of gold stronger and more valuable.

She’s an extremely hard worker paying very close attention the small details ensuring everything is done with excellence and to the best of her ability.

She has a wild imagination and can create anything she wants for her life and her family.  She believes that she can do all things and that there is nothing that can stop her.

She’s a dreamer and a hopeless romantic.  She loves candles, bubble baths, deep conversations, and being near the water.

She’s connected to all of life.  Butterflies, hummingbirds, dragonflies, cardinals, and doves gravitate towards her.

She appreciates the little things in life, for the little things are truly what matter most to her.

She’s grateful for everything but is attached to nothing for she knows her time here is temporary, but her life force lasts forever in eternity.

She loves helping and serving people.  Seeing the light in the eyes of the people she serves and helps lights her up on the inside.  She’s here for the right reasons.

She’s proud and smiles secretly to herself with a spirit of humility.  She knows she doesn’t have to prove herself to anyone but rather stands strong in her own divinity.

She is clean and her home is clean.  She keeps her space organized, clutter free and serene like an oasis of pure beauty and relaxation.

She’s perfect in every way.  Even with her flaws, doubts, and failures she knows she was created perfect in the image of God and she embodies this perfection with grace and trust.

She takes her role as a mother seriously and is always there for her children no matter what.  She allows her children to be who they were created to be and leads them with softness, acceptance, praise, and gentleness. 

She’s confident and stands boldly in her own unique elegance, and individuality.  She expresses herself without fear of judgement from others.

She doesn’t need to ask anyone for permission.  Her permission slip has already been granted and no other approval is needed or necessary.

She takes her time and does not rush or hurry.  She follows the flow of her own life and knows that her steps are ordered in divine perfection.

She doesn’t use coupons, price match, wait for things to go on sale, or tries to find the cheapest option.  She’s wants quality and doesn’t ever want to be the cheapest option in the room.

She doesn’t believe in not for profits.  Everyone deserves to be profitable.

She does not seek the advice from others, nor does she follow someone else’s script for her life or her own success in life.  Instead, she sits quietly with herself and goes directly to the one who created her.

She learns from each and every failure and detour and embraces her own growth and evolution with compassion, empathy, wisdom, gratitude, and trust.

She’s happy.  Not for the little things in her life that she has bought or paid for in cash but she’s happy because happiness is who she is and nothing outside of herself can make her any more joyful.

She buys what she needs, when she needs it and does not waste.  She is mindful, minimalistic and does not buy things for the sake of just buying them.  Everything she does is purposeful and intentional.

She prays and has a solid meditation practice.

She has no grievances or blame and takes full responsibility for her own life and what she has created.

She’s present.  No longer stuck in the past and no longer repeating history.  She paves the way for new memories, new moulds to be broken and new glass ceilings to be shattered.

She’s beautiful. Not for the way she looks, dresses, or acts, but she’s beautiful for the way she thinks and the way she loves.

She’s different, rare, unique, and one of a kind.  She honours this uniqueness and stays in her own lane.

She sings, dances, and has a free spirit.

She’s funny and laughs at her own jokes.

She is financially independent, invests wisely, and manages her money with responsibility, self-control, and due diligence.

She not only believes in God but knows God personally for God is within her.

She pays for everything in cash.  She doesn’t beg, borrow, or steal.

She leaves people and places better than when she found them.

She is love. She’s a vessel of love, kindness, compassion, truth, trust, honestly, courage, respect, wisdom and grace.  She’s unconditional, untraditional and unlimited.  She makes her own rules for her life and follows them.

She’s a leader, not a follower.  She sees things that no one else can see and she creates things no one else can create for she’s living her life on purpose.

She’s purposeful and intentional in everything she does for she’s living a life of meaning and significance for that’s why she was born.

She doesn’t give herself away for free, volunteer, donate, give to charities, or participate in fundraisers.  She knows everyone is an abundant source of endless riches that they too can tap into if they wish to do so.

She was born worthy, wanted, loved, chosen, and called to be someone incredible in this one lifetime and that’s what she is going to spend the rest of her days doing...
