Do you ever have those days where you wake up and you're just not feeling your best?
It's like you're miserable for no good reason and everything and everyone is bothering you and you just want to be alone?
For me, it's a knowing within that it's time to align with the deeper part of myself that wants more love, more rest, more fun, and more connection...
One could blame the kids, their spouse, their hormones, the dog, their busy schedule, their job, the mountains of laundry, or whatever the case may be but we all know that blaming others doesn't get us very far in life right?
Well for me, I always get out my journal and arrive on my yoga mat and turn inward.
I ask myself some deeper questions and today I came up with 4 things I am going to do this week and I just wanted to share.
1. Get up earlier so I am ahead of the game and I'm not scrambling to play catch up.
2. Limit red wine to 3 glasses a week and get to bed earlier.
3. Stay off my phone and social media and spend more time with my family, and my new puppy Frankie.
4. Finish watching Nobody Wants This on Netflix! (Which I will be really sad about once all 10 episodes are over)
4 little things that I came up with that I know will help me stay true to myself.
And that's the whole trick to inner peace, harmony, balance, and alignment.
It's staying true to yourself, for when we do that we gain even MORE self-confidence!
Each and every one of us knows what is right and best for our own life and we don't need anyone else telling us what to do or how to do it.
So here's to owning our shit, being our best, and living our life happily every after.
Have the most beautiful week ahead!
