• You understand that this is a group reading and that other participants will be present. Some or all of the people attending may be individuals you do not personally know;

• You understand that, because this is a group experience, there may be messages or connections shared with other participants that are not intended for you;

• You understand that spiritual experiences and individual readings vary, and no specific message, connection, outcome, or result is guaranteed;

• You understand that children, pets, or other participants are not permitted in the room during the session.

• You understand that you must ensure your environment is free from distractions, your phone notifications are silenced, or other interruptions, so Lindsay can focus fully on providing clear and accurate guidance.

• You understand that you must use a reliable internet connection and a functional camera and microphone is required to ensure the session runs smoothly if you wish to participate.

• You understand that the experience is conducted online via Zoom;

• You understand that, if you wish to personally participate in a connection with Spirit during the reading, you will need to have your camera on and your face clearly visible on video; and ensure that your microphone is muted unless Lindsay directs you to turn it on.

• You understand that keeping your camera off may limit or prevent your participation in a personal connection with Spirit;

• You understand that your purchase is for your attendance only. Your ticket may not be shared with, transferred to, or used to provide access for a spouse, partner, child, family member, friend, or any other person;

• You understand that each person wishing to attend must purchase their own ticket. You may not invite another person to join the Zoom session using your ticket or registration;

• You understand that the session will be recorded and may be stored for future listening and viewing;

• You understand that Lindsay reserves the right to decline or discontinue a spiritual reading if, at any time, she feels that proceeding would not be in the best interest of the client or those involved. This may occur if the energy feels uncomfortable, unclear, heavy, or otherwise not aligned for a safe and supportive experience.
